Chicago Foundation Uganda is a a Charitable Organization targeting to help the marginalized, uplift their education levels, develop skills for youths and provide basics to the elderly of 80 years and above.

Chicago Foundation Uganda was founded by mother and her daughter having served in other charity organizations for many years and realized that if they came up with an independent charity organization they would increase on the number of beneficiaries and improve quality of life of the poorest of the poor.
In memory of their grandmother Esteri who died at the age of 120 years when the family members couldn’t support her on oxygen, remember the elderly and pledge to extend support to those above 80 years who are in great need.
The founder members are Ms KOMUJUNI JOVITA and Ms RUBARAMIRA JOAN. These are the same directors for Chicago Business Consultants Ltd. For long, they donate their 10% earnings to the poorest of the poor.
Chicago Foundation Uganda welcomes friends of the poor to give support through them and assures them of proper accountability and usage.
The Headquarters are based in Uganda at Charm Towers, Kampala Road.

Background Of the Organisation
OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANISATION
To impact the community by enabling the poorest of the poor access quality education by offering scholarships.
To render support to the elderly of 80 years and above by providing the basics to the marginalized inform of medical care, food stuff and clothing.
To offer assistance to young people through advancement of education and skills development with particular emphasis on children from deprived background.
PROGRAM SUSTAINABILTY
Chicago Foundation Uganda to sustain this project for life will set up projects that are money generating where by the vulnerable can get free or subsidized services while those who can afford pay for the services. It has come up with an Idea of setting up a school for long term sustainability of the organization.
To support the community especially the women, Chicago Foundation Uganda Limited has come up with an idea of opening up a day care Centre where mothers can keep their young children between 2-5 years of age as they go to work. For the beginning, this service will be limited to 50 children who will be registered first. The number will grow continuously as capacity grows. This service will run for 8 hours a day from 8am to 4pm.
